Frequently Asked Questions
What makes BigGate Recall different from generic study apps?
We combine structured courses, community huddles, and coach feedback with proven memory frameworks. Instead of just “flashcards,” you get a full plan with accountability.
How does spaced repetition work here?
You’ll schedule reviews at expanding intervals (1d, 3d, 7d, etc.). Our courses include ready-made schedules and prompts so you can start immediately.
What are “Fallows”?
Fallows are your saved courses. Click “Add to Fallows” in the catalog to store items in your browser and revisit them from the Fallows page.
Can I learn without spending hours each day?
Yes. Our micro-sessions are built for 15–25 minute blocks. Consistency beats cramming, and your flow adapts to busy weeks.
Do you offer refunds?
We want you to love your learning. If a self-paced course isn’t a fit, contact us within 14 days. For live cohorts, refunds are available before the first session.
Can teams or schools enroll together?
Absolutely. We support group enrollments and custom schedules. Reach out via the contact page for a tailored plan.
What outcomes can I expect?
You’ll build a repeatable recall routine, increase retention, and reduce test anxiety. We avoid unrealistic promises and focus on measurable habits.
Is there lifetime access?
Self-paced courses include ongoing access to content updates. Cohort access includes session replays for 6 months.
